We normally ship orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, Monday to Friday. The total delivery time is normally 1-5 days*, depending on the time of day the order was placed and the distance to the delivery address, some locations (very few) take two days to reach.

If you have not heard anything from the carrier after 5 working days, it is your responsibility to contact us and we will track the shipment before it is returned.

We guarantee good best before dates. If you are dissatisfied with the date on a product, we offer free returns if the product has a shorter shelf life than 3 months. Contact and we will help you.
