Delivery

We normally ship orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, Monday to Friday. The total delivery time is normally 1-5 days*, depending on the time of day the order was placed and the distance to the delivery address, some locations (very few) take two days to reach.

If you have not heard anything from the carrier after 5 working days, it is your responsibility to contact us and we will track the shipment before it is returned.

Together with Klarna and their integrated payment solution, we offer secure and fast payment. Swish, card & invoice.

Stock error

We do everything to ensure that our stock balances are 100% correct. In the event of a stock balance error/card best before the date, we will contact you to find a solution that suits you.

Guaranteed good date!

We guarantee good best before dates. If you are dissatisfied with the date on a product, we offer free returns if the product has a shorter shelf life than 3 months. Contact info@growinggrocery.se and we will help you.

Order reviews

14 days after your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with a request to leave a review on your products. Your name will be published in connection with your review. Answering is voluntary and if you wish not to receive this e-mail, leave that information in “Notes” at checkout.

The right of withdrawal in general

Open purchase only applies to products that are not considered food. Open purchase 14 days after order received. The product must be in unaltered condition in original packaging with any accessories.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We can provide a return shipping for SEK 30 which is deducted from the returned amount, this assumes that you have access to your own printer. Save your delivery receipt – remember that you are responsible for return shipping! When returning, email: info@growinggrocery.se to get a shipping note. Delivery delay

If abnormal delivery delays occur, we will notify you of this by e-mail or telephone. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. We reserve the right to exonerate ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays that occur due to carrier. We only deliver within Sweden.

Printing error

We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products. We also reserve the right for any typing and printing errors on this website. growinggrocery.se reserves the right to adjust any price errors.
